OKR COACHING

OKRs that shift how your team actually works.

The idea is simple. An objective worth pursuing, key results that measure real change. The hard part is making them a live system, where the team moves from tracking progress to asking better questions every week.

The most common OKR problems aren't about understanding OKRs. They're about design. Too many objectives. Key results that measure activity rather than change. A cascade that tells people what to do but not why. Check-ins that turn into status reports no one looks forward to.

None of that is inevitable. It doesn't take a major transformation to fix. It takes careful design and the right habits built around it.

This is for you if

Your leadership team is setting OKRs for the first time and you want to get the system right from the start.

You're already running OKRs but stuck in the reporting cycle. Everyone's trackig and the conversations aren't changing.

You want strategy to be part of how the team works every week - not something that gets revisited once a quarter and then forgotten.

What we work on

→ Writing OKRs that define change - a key result that maintains the status quo is not a key result

→ Building a cascade that creates shared direction without becoming a control mechanism

→ Running check-ins worth having: conversations about learning, not just progress

→ Avoiding the most common traps: too many OKRs, output-based measures, objectives disconnected from daily decisions

→ Treating the OKR system like a product: building it, learning from it, adapting it each cycle

What good actually looks like

OKRs are about change. The real signal they're working is when the team's questions shift, from "are we on track?" to "what are we learning?" That change in conversation changes how decisions get made, how priorities get set, how leadership talks about what matters. You'll feel it before the metrics move.

"Adi coached our teams through OKR alignment without letting it become a reporting exercise. We now have shared language, clearer decision-making, and stronger ownership, and we're moving faster as a result." - Alan J. Arguello, COO, National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)

Format

Team workshops, leadership facilitation, and ongoing coaching across the OKR cycle. I work with leadership teams and, where the scope calls for it, with the wider organization. All sessions are online, with travel when it makes sense.
